A child was killed in a Taliban shooting in Badakhshan

Local sources in Barkhshan province say a 13-year-old child was shot dead by a security guard in the provincial capital.

Badakhshan Director of Information and Culture Moazeddin Ahmadi told Bakhtar News Agency that the child was killed when a security guard opened fire while pursuing a fugitive criminal.

According to the incident, it happened by mistake and the officer who mistakenly shot the child was arrested.
