Famous Afghan singer Mukhtar Majid has passed away

Mukhtar Majid, an Afghan singer, died of cancer in Virginia, USA.

Farhad Darya, an Afghan singer, confirmed the news on his Facebook page: “Today I lost a brother, a friend, a friend, a consonant and a witness to half of my life memories. “I lost Mukhtar Majid – Mokhi – today.”

Mukhtar Majid was one of the singers of Baran group and he became famous in this group as well.

This singer has more than 50 songs so far and many of these songs are his own compositions.

He emigrated from Afghanistan and lived in Pakistan for some time, after which he lived with his wife and son in Virginia, USA.
