Mottaki in Turkey: We have met all the conditions for official recognition

Amir Khan Mottaqi; The acting foreign minister of the Taliban government said on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum in Turkey that their government had met all the conditions for recognition.
He reiterated his call for the release of Afghanistan’s assets, saying “those assets are not personal and the United States must understand and do not put pressure on the people.”
“Everything is favorable in Afghanistan, investors can invest,” Mottaqi added.
He noted that the current security situation in Afghanistan has been unprecedented in the last 40 years.
No country has yet recognized the Taliban government.
The international community has made the recognition of the Taliban conditional on the formation of a comprehensive government with the participation of all ethnic groups and the right of women to participate in government; But the Taliban say their rule is universal.
Amir Khan Mottaqi had previously said that the “Islamic Emirate” had met all the conditions for international recognition and hoped that the international community would “soon fully recognize our government.”
