The presidents of India and Turkmenistan will discuss the TAPI project

The Indian president arrived in the Turkmen capital, Ashgabat, on an official visit yesterday to meet with his Turkmen counterpart to discuss regional issues and relations between the two countries.
Indian President Ram Nath Kovind arrived in Turkmenistan on an official visit yesterday and was received by his Turkmen counterpart Sardar Berdymukhamedov at Ashgabat International Airport.
According to the media, high-level talks between Turkmenistan and India will be held today, in which cooperation in various fields between the two countries will be discussed.
Turkmen experts say one of the main topics of talks between the two presidents will be the construction of gas pipelines to Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India (TAPI).
According to them, the situation in the world and European gas markets will help the willingness of the countries participating in this project to accelerate its implementation.
