Explosion in Kabul

Security sources in Kabul say that one of the Taliban forces was wounded in an explosion in the 10th district of the city.

Kabul police spokesman Khalid Zadran tweeted that a soldier was wounded in a roadside bomb blast in the Salim area, a convoy of the 10th security district.

He added that more research is underway in this area.

Witnesses to the incident, meanwhile, said it was the result of a magnetic mine targeting a Taliban vehicle.

However, no one or group has claimed responsibility for the blast.

Meanwhile, three days ago, six worshipers were injured in a bomb blast in Kabul’s Pul-e-Khashti Mosque.
