Banking restrictions on the salaries of government and non-government employees were lifted

The Taliban Central Bank announced the lifting of banking restrictions on the salaries of government and non-government employees.
The central bank said in a statement that restrictions on the salaries of government and non-government employees had been lifted under a plan to strategically restructure the financial and banking sectors, taking into account facilities.
According to the bank, after this, all commercial banks will pay the salaries of government and non-government employees according to their requests, without delay and restrictions.
Previously, government and non-government employees were limited from withdrawing money from banks due to financial problems in the country.
