A man killed two brothers in Paktia

Local officials in Paktia province say two brothers have been killed in the province by a man named Asadullah.

Khaleqyar Ahmadzai, Paktia’s director of information and culture, said the incident took place in Gardez, the provincial capital, and that the accused had fled the scene.

He said Taliban forces had arrested another man in connection with the case.

 The head of Paktia Information and Culture described the motive for the killing as personal enmity.
