The ambassadors of China, Russia and Pakistan met in Kabul

The ambassadors of China, Pakistan and Russia met in Kabul to discuss their countries’ efforts to stabilize Afghanistan.

Pakistan’s ambassador to Kabul, Mansour Ahmad Khan, said he had met with Chinese and Russian ambassadors at his country’s embassy in Kabul.

He tweeted that during the tripartite meeting, they discussed reciprocal efforts for peace, stability and progress in Afghanistan.

The Pakistani ambassador speaks to the Chinese and Russian ambassadors about peace and stability in Afghanistan, where dozens of civilians, including women and children, have been killed and wounded in airstrikes by the Pakistani government in parts of Khost and Kunar provinces.

In response to the attacks, the Taliban said that such issues should be resolved through dialogue and that such mistakes should not be repeated by Islamabad.
