Explosion in Kabul

Taliban officials in Kabul have reported an explosion in the city’s fourth security district.

According to Salam Watandar, Khalid Zadran, spokesman for the Kabul Police Command, said that the explosion took place at Taimani area in the fourth district of Kabul and was caused by a mine planted in a bicycle vehicle.

He did not elaborate on the death toll from the blast, but said a number of people had been injured.

However, the details of the casualties of this explosion are not yet known.
