The Taliban banned the sale and purchase of property, equipment and vehicles with Foreign currencies

The Taliban’s Ministry of Interior has announced that after this, buying and selling real estate, tools and vehicles with foreign currencies is prohibited.

The Taliban Interior Ministry said in a statement that according to the group’s cabinet decision, land, houses, shops, markets, houses, apartments, equipment, rental facilities and mortgages based on foreign currencies are strictly prohibited.

The ministry has instructed all provincial police commands and intelligence agencies to continuously monitor and prevent such cases.

The Taliban Interior Ministry added that violators will be dealt with legally and religiously.

However, after the Taliban came to power, Afghanistan faced an economic crisis and its banks ran out of liquidity.

As a result of these developments, the value of the dollar against the Afghan currency has also risen, and the Taliban-led government has taken such a decision to prevent this.
