Mujahid: A delegation from Pakistan arrived in Kabul to discuss trade

The Taliban spokesman says that a delegation from Pakistan has arrived in Kabul to discuss trade, coal transit and economic strengthening between the two countries.

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson of the Taliban, wrote in a tweet that a delegation from Pakistan headed by the deputy minister of trade of that country arrived in Kabul yesterday afternoon.

According to him, the Pakistani delegation will discuss trade, transit, coal and strengthening economic relations between the two countries.

Pakistan’s Dawn news agency writes that the Pakistani delegation is led by Swale Ahmad Farooqi, the Minister of Commerce of that country, and includes senior officials from the Ministries of Energy, Interior, Commerce and Transport.

At the same time, due to the increase in the price of coal in the world markets, Pakistan has increased the import of coal from Afghanistan in the last few months.
