Zakhilwal: There was widespread corruption in Ashraf Ghani’s government

The former finance minister of Afghanistan says that there was widespread corruption in Ashraf Ghani’s government and seats in the finance ministry were bought and sold.
In an interview, Omar Zakhilwal, the former finance minister of Afghanistan, pointed out that corruption had reached its peak in Ashraf Ghani’s government and said that seats in the finance ministry were bought and sold for hundreds to millions of dollars.
Emphasizing that in order to eradicate corruption, the caretaker government of the Taliban must prevent the monopoly of power, and he has named the monopoly of power as the reason for the spread of corruption in Ashraf Ghani’s government.
In this interview, the former finance minister of Afghanistan still called for the reopening of schools for all girls and said that there is no religious, logistical or cultural reason for women to work and closing schools for girls.
