A woman and five children died after the floods in Kandahar

Local sources in Kandahar say that a woman and her five children died as a result of the floods in this province.

These sources say that these women and children died as a result of the roof of a house collapsing due to flood in Sanjari village of Jhari district of Kandahar province.

According to them, the city of Kandahar and the districts of Jhari, Shah Wali Kot, Miwand, Arghandab and some other areas of this province witnessed floods last night.

Meanwhile, health sources in Kandahar province also report that four members of a family were injured as a result of these floods.

It is said that these floods have also caused financial losses.
