The construction of the Kandahar-Zabul road has started

The spokesperson of the Taliban has announced the beginning of the construction of the Kandahar-Zabul road.

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid wrote in a tweet that during the construction of the Kabul-Herat road, the construction of the Kandahar-Zabul road has also begun.

He added that this road will be built to a standard with the budget of the Taliban government.

According to the spokesperson of the Taliban, the Ministry of Public Works will contract with private companies to build the remaining sections of the mentioned 900 km road.
