The explosion in the city of Mazar-e-Sharif injured six people

Local officials in Balkh say that an incident occurred today (Wednesday) in Balkh Gate area of ​​Mazar-e-Sharif city, the capital of this province.

The spokesman of the Taliban Police Command says that the explosion occurred when a person was transporting explosives.

According to him, as a result of this explosion, the only person who transferred the explosives was injured.

However, the officials in Balkh Public Health Directorate say that 6 injured people from this incident have been transferred to the district hospital of Mazar-e-Sharif city.

The local authorities in Balkh have not said anything about the identity of the person who was transporting the explosives.
