He wrote on his Twitter page that 51,000 civilians, 69,000 security forces and 2,448 American troops were killed during the American war in Afghanistan.
According to the spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, during the American war in Afghanistan, 5 million Afghans also immigrated to other countries.
In this tweet, it is said that the source of this statistic was Brown University, Harvard Kennedy School, and the United Nations.
