5 people died in a traffic incident in Herat

Local sources in Herat say that 5 people died as a result of a traffic accident in this province.

These sources say that this incident happened yesterday on the Herat-Islam Qala highway as a result of a collision between a Taliban car and a folder type car.

According to them, as a result of this incident, 4 civilians and one Taliban soldier died and 8 others were wounded.

It has been said that the injured of this traffic incident have been transferred to the hospital of Herat province.

Sources have not said anything about the cause of this traffic incident, but the cause of most traffic incidents in the provinces of Afghanistan is attributed to the carelessness of drivers and damaged roads.
