In the announcement of the Russian embassy in Kabul, it is stated that considering the temporary suspension of the reception of applicants in the consular department of the Russian embassy in Afghanistan, a decision has been made to issue visas to Afghan citizens in the diplomatic missions of Russia in Iran and Pakistan.
The Russian Embassy added that a permit for continuous stay in these countries for more than 90 days is not required, and in addition, “Afghanistan, Kabul” can be written in the “Visa Issuance Place” table in the invitations.
