Zamir Kabulov: The Taliban delegation will not participate in the Moscow meeting
The special representative of Russia for Afghanistan says that no delegation from the Taliban will participate in the Moscow consultative meeting on Afghanistan.
Zamir Kabulov, Russia’s special representative for Afghanistan affairs, said in an interview with TASS news agency that a Taliban delegation will not participate in the Moscow consultative meeting on Afghanistan.
He said: “The delegation of the Islamic Emirate will not participate in the meeting, it is only for the members of the Moscow format.”
According to TASS news agency, representatives of Russia, China, India, Iran, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan will participate in the Moscow consultative meeting about Afghanistan.
This meeting is scheduled to be held in the middle of November.
