12 Afghan migrants were killed and injured in a traffic accident in Iran

Officials in Iran say that 12 people have been killed and injured as a result of the downing of a car carrying Afghan immigrants in this country.
Officials at Sirjan Hospital in Kerman city say that the accident happened 50 km away from the road in Sirjan city, where all the passengers were Afghan immigrants.
According to them, as a result of this accident, the driver of the car died and 11 of its passengers were injured.
The officials of this hospital add that this car carrying migrants was moving from Kerman to Sirjan city.
It should be noted that after the fall of the previous Afghan government, most Afghans have immigrated legally and illegally to neighboring countries.
The worsening economic situation, increase in poverty and unemployment, and the restrictions imposed by the caretaker government of the Taliban have been cited as the cause of these migrations.
