Mohammad Asif Waziri, the spokesperson of Balkh Police, says that the explosion took place in Sayyed Abad area of ​​the third district of Mazar-e-Sharif, the capital of this province.

He added that as a result of this explosion, a passenger car type 580 was targeted by a mine explosion.

According to him, as a result of this incident, a number of people have been killed and injured, but no details have been provided about the exact number.
