The Iranian ambassador’s mission in Kabul ended

The Iranian embassy in Kabul has announced that Bahadur Aminian’s mission as the country’s ambassador in Kabul has ended.

The embassy wrote in a tweet: “The mission of Dr. Aminyan, as the ambassador of J.A. Iran’s service in Afghanistan has ended, and they will return to the Islamic Republic of Iran at the end of three years of service, according to the usual diplomatic procedure.

Bahadur Ameninian has served in Afghanistan as Iran’s ambassador for three years.

It has not yet been determined who will replace him.
