The Afghan Embassy in Islamabad demanded the release of Afghan prisoners in Pakistan

The Afghan embassy in Islamabad has said that a number of Afghans who are imprisoned in Pakistan have not yet been released despite the commitment of the Pakistani authorities to release them.

The Afghan Embassy in Islamabad wrote in a tweet that a number of Afghans, including women and children, who are imprisoned in Pakistan’s Sindh province, have not yet been released from prison, despite the commitment of the Pakistani authorities to officials of the Afghan embassy to release them.

This embassy requested the Pakistani authorities to release these prisoners and added that it is painful to imprison Afghan immigrants in that country, especially children, women and adults.

According to the Afghan embassy in Pakistan, the imprisonment of Afghans by the Islamabad government does not have a good effect on the relations between the two countries, and the Afghans imprisoned in that country should be released as soon as possible.
