Afghanistan assumed the responsibility of the Hairataan-Mraz Sharif railway

The Afghanistan Railway Authority has announced that the responsibility of the Hairataan-Mazar-e-Sharif railway has been entrusted to Afghanistan.

In a statement, the department said that according to the agreement of the Afghan delegation to the officials of the Uzbekistan Railways, the responsibilities of the Hairataan-Mazar-e-Sharif railway, which was under the responsibility of an Uzbek company for the past 11 years, will be transferred to the Afghanistan Railways Department according to a regular schedule.

According to Afghanistan Railway Administration, after this process, the transfer of commercial property will proceed normally.
