Several Arab countries have decided to close their embassies in Kabul

Al Arabiya TV reported that several Arab countries have decided to close their embassies in Kabul due to security threats.

This report states that Saudi diplomats have already left Afghanistan and several other Arab countries have also decided to expel their diplomats from this country.

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid also confirmed in a tweet that the diplomats of Saudi Arabia have left Kabul, but he added that these diplomats will return to Afghanistan after completing a training course.

Meanwhile, CNN has reported that Saudi Arabia has closed its embassy in Kabul and expelled its diplomats from Afghanistan due to the prohibition of women’s work by the Taliban.

It should be mentioned that no country has recognized the Taliban government so far, and after this group came to power, most of the countries closed their diplomatic missions in Afghanistan.
