A young woman committed suicide in Faryab

Local officials in Faryab say that a young woman hanged herself in this province.

According to Salam Vatandar, Shamsullah Mohammadi, the head of information and culture of the Taliban in Faryab said that this young woman committed suicide last evening (Tuesday) in the village of “Deh Nou” in Khaja Sabzpol district of this province.

According to him, this young woman hanged herself inside her house.

The head of information and culture of Faryab adds that the cause of this woman’s suicide is still unknown and investigations are ongoing.

It should be mentioned that last week, the body of a young man who was shot dead was also found on the road of “Baloch Shah Nader” village of Pashtunkot district of Faryab province.
