Balkh police chief met with the head of the Turkish consulate in Mazar-e-Sharif

Maulvi Matiullah Saifullah, Balkh police chief, met with Sami Lotfo Turgut, head of the Turkish consulate in Mazar-i-Sharif.

In this meeting, the Taliban police commander for Balkh expressed his sympathy with the families of the victims of the recent earthquake in Turkey and wished the injured of this natural event a speedy recovery.

Balkh police commander further appreciated Turkey’s assistance to the people of Afghanistan.

In this meeting, Sami Lotfo Turgut, acting head of the Turkish consulate, also said that his country wants to expand relations with Afghanistan and continues to cooperate with the people of this country.
