Heavy snowfall in Badakhshan killed four people

Local sources in Badakhshan say that heavy snowfall has killed four people in this province.

Sources say that as a result of heavy snowfall in Raghistan district of Badakhshan Province, three people died and two others were injured.

Meanwhile, Moazuddin Ahmadi, head of information and culture of Badakhshan province, confirmed these events and said that three children died in Raghistan district and their parents were injured.

He adds that one person died and 4 others were injured after the roof of a house collapsed in Yefatal district of Badakhshan province.

According to the head of information and culture of Badakhshan, the residents of this province have witnessed several snow storms in the past day and night.
