Mullah Hebatullah, the leader of the Taliban, has said in a decree that the sons of the government officials in charge of this group, who have been employed in government offices by kinship, should be fired.

This decree was published by the administration of the caretaker government of the Taliban and it states that the officials of the ministries, directorates and departments should refrain from hiring their relatives based on family and personal ties.

The leader of the Taliban said in this order: “The officials of all the emirate departments, if they have appointed one or more of their sons in the department under their umbrella, after the notification of this order, their sons will be separated and they must appoint other people instead.”

At present, most of the regulations in government offices are made based on mediation and judgment.
