Imran Khan demanded the recognition of the Taliban government

Imran Khan, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, says that if the Taliban government is recognized by the international community, this group will respect human rights, including the rights of women.
The former prime minister of Pakistan said in an interview with British television that the Taliban will not respect human rights, including lifting the ban on women, unless its government is recognized by the international community.
“If you isolate them, what influence are you going to have on them? If you mainstream and let them have a state, so then talk about human rights. Right now, you push them on isolation, their money is frozen so why would they listen to anyone?” he said in this interview.
The former prime minister of Pakistan added: “My advice is to involve them, give them a stake in the international community so that when you tell them to let girls get an education, they listen to you, right now they are not listening.”
It should be noted that currently no country recognizes the government of the Taliban in Afghanistan, but some Pakistani officials have repeatedly asked the international community to recognize the government of this group.
