A child was killed in Kapisa by unknown people

Local authorities in Kapisa say that a 5-year-old child was kidnapped by unknown people in this province and then killed.

Officials at the Kapisa Police Command say that this child was kidnapped by unknown people on Wednesday in the village of Qasaban in the center of Kapisa Province.

According to them, this child’s name is Bilal and his burnt body was found yesterday (Friday) in Kakri area in the center of Kapisa province.

Kapisa Police Command officials add that investigations have been started to identify and arrest the perpetrators of this incident.

It should be mentioned that mysterious and targeted killings have increased in most provinces of Afghanistan in the past few months.
