The Ministry of Interior announced the clearing of 115 acres of land from poppy cultivation

The Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Taliban has announced that more than 115 acres of land in 6 provinces have been cleared of poppy cultivation.
The ministry wrote in a tweet that in the continuation of the campaign to destroy poppy fields, the anti-narcotics agents cleared 50 acres of land in Kot Nangarhar district, 30 acres of land in Shigal and Chacha districts of Kunar province, and 20 acres of land in Shahr Safa, Atghar and Shanki districts of Zabul Province of poppy cultivation.
The ministry added that 15 acres of land in Alingar district and Mehtarlam city, the capital of Laghman province, and 400 square meters of land in Chehalgazi district of Faryab province have also been cleared from poppy cultivation.
According to the Ministry of Interior Affairs, the anti-narcotics police have also cleared poppy fields in Khanjan Baghlan district and Garzivan district of Faryab province.
