Enamullah Samangani was appointed as the head of information and culture in Kandahar

According to the order of the Taliban leader Mullah Hebatullah, Inamullah Samangani, the former deputy spokesman of this group, has been appointed as the head of information and culture in Kandahar province.

The media center of the government announced that Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the caretaker government, was also present at the introduction ceremony of Mr. Samangani.

Before this, Maulvi Noor Ahmad Saeed was serving as the head of information and culture of Kandahar province.
