National Development Company: The implementation of 93 projects in the country continues

Officials of the National Development Company say that the work of implementing 93 projects in the country continues and so far 83 projects have been completed.

Maulavi Abdul Wali Adel, Deputy Finance and Administration of the National Development Company, said in a press conference that the work of implementing 93 projects, including dams, canals and public places, has been ongoing and 83 projects have been completed so far.

According to him, during the last one year, the work of 72 projects that had been stopped due to the effect of political change has been resumed and the implementation of 10 national and infrastructure projects has also been accelerated.

Finance and Administrative Deputy of the National Development Company added that the work of the first phase of the Ghoshtipeh canal has been completed by 72%, 4,000 machines and 7,000 workers are currently engaged in the work, and 101 million cubic meters of excavation work has been completed so far.

According to officials, with the implementation of the Ghosh Tipeh canal project, 580 thousand hectares of land will be irrigated and Afghanistan will become self-sufficient in terms of agriculture.
