A young man hanged himself in Bamyan

Local officials in Bamyan say that a young man in this province hanged himself and ended his life.

Sabour Sighani, the spokesperson of the governor of Bamyan, says that this young man’s name is Zakaria and he hanged himself yesterday (Sunday) in the center of this province and ended his life.

According to him, the cause of this young man’s suicide was an emotional issue.

It should be mentioned that the increase in poverty, unemployment, mental and family problems recently in most provinces of Afghanistan has led to an increase in the number of suicides.
