Thirteen government prisoners were released from a Taliban prison in Helmand

A statement from the Ministry of Defense said that commandos in Helmand province released 13 people, including a policeman, from a Taliban prison as a result of an operation

The statement said that the operation was carried out by commando forces last night (Wednesday, the 13th of January) in Helmand’s Washir district

Also in this operation, three cycling vehicles, a Corolla type vehicle and a communication tripod were obtained
