Two girls were arrested in Kabul for extortion
Amrullah Saleh, the first vice president, said that the police of the third security district of Kabul city had arrested two girls who were extorting money from celebrities in well-dressed clothes
Mr. Saleh wrote on his official Facebook page today (Sunday, 17th January ) that the two girls were detained under the direct guidance of the 6:30 a.m. sessions of the Kabul Security Pact
Mr. Saleh said the two girls had extorted money from men by threatening them if they did not pay they will complain to their families and human rights.
Amrullah Saleh added: “One of the big problems is that the presence of women in the judiciary as well as in the police force is low. “This imbalance has limited the government’s access to half of society in terms of investigating and dealing with criminal and legal issues, and in many cases has completely blocked it.”
