A warehouse of weapons and ammunition was discovered and confiscated in Balkh

Balkh Police Command has announced the seizure of a cache of weapons and ammunition in Chaharkont district of this province.

The Balkh Police Command wrote in a tweet that the Anti-Terrorism Police of the Balkh Police Command has discovered and confiscated a cache of weapons and ammunition in the village of “Kel Qaduk” of Chaharkont district.

According to the Balkh Police Command, 37 Kalashnikovs, a pika, 9 rifles and some other ammunition were recovered from the said warehouse.

Officials in the Balkh Police Command add that three people have been arrested in connection with this incident.
