A traffic incident in Nangarhar led to the death of a woman

Local officials in Nangarhar say that a woman has died following a traffic accident in this province.

Abdulbasir Zabali, the spokesman of the Nangarhar Police Command, says that a woman died yesterday (Saturday) following a traffic accident in the “Do Sarke” area of Sorkhrood district of this province.

According to him, in this event, a car hit a woman and as a result, she died.

The spokesperson of the Nangarhar Police Command adds that the driver of the car has been arrested and is being interrogated.

It should be mentioned that recently the occurrence of traffic incidents has increased in most provinces of Afghanistan.
