The leader of the Islamic Emirate ordered the establishment of the Laghman Ulema Council

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, says that based on the decree of Mullah Hebatullah Akhundzadeh, the leader of this group, the Ulama Council of Laghman Province was established.
In a statement, he said that according to this decree, Maulvi Mohammad Salim was appointed as the chairman, Maulvi Amrullah as the deputy and Maulvi Abdul Maboud as the member and administrative and financial manager of the said council.
The spokesman of the Islamic Emirate called the purpose of establishing this council to coordinate more the affairs of Laghman province and added that the members of this council have an obligation to advise the relevant officials of the province for more coordination of the affairs of Laghman province.
