Roza Otenbayeva met with Amirkhan Motaghi

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) has announced that Roza Otenbayeva, the head of this organization, met with Amir Khan Motaghi, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate.

UNAMA wrote on page X that this meeting took place during a part of extensive consultations for next week’s meeting of the United Nations Security Council on Afghanistan.

UNAMA added that this organization is committed to constructive engagement and ensuring that the voices of all Afghans are heard.

The 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly will be held in New York today (Tuesday) with the participation of the leaders of more than 150 countries.
