Iranian authorities announced the neutralization of 30 bombs in Tehran

Tasnim news agency, citing the Ministry of Intelligence of Iran, reported that the country’s authorities neutralized 30 bombs that were supposed to explode simultaneously in Tehran and arrested 28 people in connection with it.

Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence announced in a statement that the perpetrators of this bombing are some ISIS members and have a history of affiliation with Takfiri groups in Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraqi Kurdistan.

This militant group has claimed responsibility for several attacks in Iran.

ISIS recently also claimed responsibility for an attack on a Shiite shrine in which 15 people were killed in southwest Shiraz.
