The European Union provides more than 21 million dollars to the people of Afghanistan

The World Food Program has announced the aid of more than 21 million dollars of the European Union to the people of Afghanistan and said that these aids provide the basis for reaching the needy people in remote parts of Afghanistan.
The World Food Program said in a statement that it welcomed the humanitarian aid of more than 21.6 million dollars from the European Union and said that this humanitarian aid will help this organization to deliver food to 21 million vulnerable and needy people throughout Afghanistan.
The World Food Program added that a part of the mentioned aid will be allocated to the operations of the United Nations Humanitarian Air Service.
According to this organization, more than 15 million people across Afghanistan do not know where their next meal will come from, and nearly 3 million of them experience hunger at an emergency level.
