A man was released from house arrest in Kandahar

The Ministry of Interior says that the security forces released one person from house arrest in Kandahar province.

The ministry wrote on page X that the security forces released a man who was imprisoned in a room by his brothers for 15 years.

The Ministry of Interior added that two people were arrested in connection with this incident and are under investigation.

It should be noted that earlier in two similar incidents, the security forces of the Islamic Emirate released an elderly woman and an elderly man from house arrest in Kabul and Baghlan.
