The Islamic Emirate appreciated Tajikistan’s assistance to the Herat earthquake victims

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate has expressed its appreciation for the humanitarian assistance of the Republic of Tajikistan to the victims of the earthquake in Herat.

Hafiz Zia Ahmad, the spokesperson of the ministry, wrote on page X that the first shipment of humanitarian aid from Tajikistan arrived in Herat last week, which includes food, clothing, medicine and other emergency items.

According to him, these aids were delivered by Mr. Sahibjan, the representatives of the president of Tajikistan and the delegations of that country in Kabul to the members of the Herat Earthquake Relief Commission.
