During the last day, 12,000 migrants returned to Afghanistan from Pakistan

The Ministry of Refugee Affairs says that over 12,000 migrants have been forcibly returned from Pakistan to Afghanistan in the past 24 hours.

The ministry wrote on page X that the return of refugees from Pakistan to Afghanistan is still ongoing and the committees created by the commission to assess the status of returnees in different sectors have started working in Torkham area.

The Ministry of Immigrant Affairs added that the aforementioned committees, in addition to welcoming and registering immigrants, also provide them with first aid.

According to this ministry, a number of waiting areas have also been created for immigrants, and the work of creating temporary camps and more waiting areas is also ongoing.
