The shipment of humanitarian aid from the United Arab Emirates arrived in Kabul

A shipment of humanitarian aid from the United Arab Emirates arrived at Kabul Airport last night (Monday).

The Ministry of Immigrant Affairs said on page X that this aid shipment includes 20,000 tents that will be distributed to forced returnees.

Mohammad Arsalah Kharouti, Minister of Finance and Administration and Acting Minister of Migrant Affairs, said after handing over the aid at the Kabul Airport: “We appreciate the United Arab Emirates for helping us at such a critical time.”

He added: “Forcible returnees need more assistance, and our demand from the countries of the world is to pay attention to the turning point in order to jointly solve the problems in this sector.”

According to the Acting Minister of Migrant Affairs, the donated tents will soon be available to the forced returnees from Pakistan.
