Eight people were killed in a shooting by gunmen in Pakistan

Eight people have been killed after unknown gunmen opened fire on a passenger bus in northern Pakistan.

Al-Jazeera news agency, quoting Pakistani officials, reported that this incident took place yesterday afternoon (Saturday) in the city of Chilas in the north of this country.

According to the report, some armed attackers on motorcycles shot at a passenger bus, as a result of which eight people were killed and at least 22 others were injured.

So far, no group has claimed responsibility for this event.
