The second explosion in Kabul

Moments before the explosion occurred in the seventh district of Kabul.
Kabul police confirmed the incident, saying that the explosion was caused by a magnetic mine that targeted an army ranger at 11:50 a.m. today (Monday, 2th feb) in the seventh district of Kabul.
Kabul police say one soldier and one civilian were killed and another wounded in the blast.
Meanwhile, this morning, a car bomb exploded in Kabul, targeting the car of Khoshnood Nabizadeh, the head of the government’s office for peace affairs.
His relatives said that Mr. Nabizadeh, his two children and his driver were in the car at the time of the explosion.
No one was injured in the incident.
