An explosion in Kunar killed a commander and four policemen

A bomb blast in Chapdara district of Kunar province has killed four policemen, including a commander.

Abdul Latif Fazli, a member of the Kunar Provincial Council, confirmed the incident and said that Feroz, the commander of a reinforcement company of police, was killed in the blast with four policemen this morning (Saturday, February 13).

He said the blast came after the Taliban attacked two security checkpoints in Chap-e-Dara district last night.
